This is a practical item for me as I like to exercise mildly, be entertained, and be in the air conditioning in the humid summer. 😆 This step enables me to watch TV, raise my heartbeat and tone lightly in the comfort of my living room. It makes a popping noise with some movements, but not loudly or annoyingly.I place it on a yoga mat to prevent it from sliding, and also use a piece of yoga mat on the top to cushion my step and increase the step height slightly.

This is great! We needed something for my wife to help reach our changing table. This stepper is super sturdy and functions perfect doe our needs.

Stepper is sturdy and well made. Bought to use for exercise and to help with getting into taller vehicles. Works well for both.

My wife uses this 3-5 times a week, does not slide, and is easy to make small or higher, but noise, that is why I give it a 4, All I hear while she works out with this is a small thud sound every time she steps on it
