Q: Does this work with other mouse or do i need to buy the apple magic mouse?

You can plug a regular mouse into a usb slot if you one available. The keyboard does not have the usb slot on it for the mouse like the regular Mac keyboards. I just like the new Magic Mouse because it’s not battery and it’s rechargeable. The keyboard is awesome.

No, this keyboard does not have Touch ID.

Q: Does this work with a PC?

It does but it doesn’t have the windows key in the same spot as a windows keyboard - but yes, it will work regardless and the apple command key is basically the windows key

It's been a while since I purchased mine. It actually came in an Apple box if I remember correctly and did have the standard Apple USB to Lightning cable.
